Thames Water are committed to improving the health and well-being of their employees. Every year we run well-being week and have used Chris Allen from Corporate Wellness for the last 2 years to run a number of activities/workshops including Kickboxing, Tai Chi, Board Breaking and mindfulness.
Chris is an excellent trainer and always engages well with the groups who attend his sessions. He is punctual, reliable and adaptable to the constraints of office buildings!
Since getting involved in our Well-being Week myself and my colleagues have used him for corporate conferences and events, feedback has always been positive.
